NA World Services has approved a price increase of 5 percent for the Basic Text and 7.5 percent for all other literature. The new prices will be effective on July 1, 2018.
The decision is based on the cost of goods and inflation, according to a report in the August 2017 NAWS News. NAWS plans to review the inflation rate and make adjustments every three years so that price increases will be smaller and more incremental. There was a 5 percent increase in literature (except the Basic Text and a few other items) in 2011, an increase on select items in 2008 and a 5 percent increase on all NA literature in 2001.
